How we support Royal Navy and Royal Air Force (RAF) recruitment

01

Our recruitment medical administrators and senior medical administrators are on-hand to assist RAF & Royal Navy candidates throughout the medical stages of their application process.

02

Recruitment medical administrators liaise with candidates, Armed Forces Careers offices and medical experts to answer queries and support the candidate through all medical aspects of their application. They also organise, store, coordinate and process candidate paperwork, and interact with third party providers – such as a candidate’s registered GP – where necessary and appropriate.

03

Senior medical administrators support team leaders in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the team, such as quality checks, performance monitoring, invoice tracking and complaint handling. They assist with the training, coaching and development of team members, ensuring training schedules are up to date, as well as handling GDPR cases effectively and efficiently and being the first line of support for the office administration team.
