Dividend table
On 31 January 2018 the Capita plc Board announced it is not recommending the payment of a final dividend for 2017. The Board will consider the payment of dividends once Capita is generating sufficient sustainable free cash flow.

Our registrar, Link Asset Services, offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan to enable shareholders to purchase additional Capita shares with their whole cash dividend. These further shares would be bought in the market on behalf of shareholders under a special low-cost dealing arrangement.
