The business expanded its footprint in central Europe with the opening of a second office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This expansion enables Capita to meet increased demand for multilingual customer experience services from clients across Europe and broaden its reach in the region by providing a diverse range of services and expertise.
The office, which opened on 1 April 2024, is Capita’s largest site in the country and an important milestone in the development of Bulgaria's centre of excellence, offering customer experience support in French and German and providing expertise in the telecommunications sector.
Head of Global Delivery, Salma Amara, was on site to welcome the first intake of colleagues: “This move is a testament to our commitment to providing world-class services to our clients. By leveraging the multilingual expertise in the region, Capita is well-positioned to play a key role in the growth and development of Bulgaria's customer experience market.”
In South Africa, Capita opened a new delivery centre at Mutual Park in Cape Town. The site offers a range of great facilities for colleagues, as well as boasting enhanced resilience and sustainability features, achieving a 6-star Green Building Council SA rating.
Colleagues based at this site provide customer experience services to a range of well-known household brands.
