Capita secures five-year extension to TfL Road User Charging contracts
Capita announces that it has secured a five-year extension for its two Transport for London (TfL) Road User Charging contracts.

Effective from 1 May 2025, and in line with its focus on delivering people-based, tech enabled services for clients, Capita will deliver an enhanced telecoms Network Operations Centre (NOC) capability - operating at the heart of SP Energy Networks’ overall delivery model, ensuring the availability of critical services in a way that keeps pace with demand whilst delivering a more efficient operation.
