Capita Pension Solutions has successfully connected its first client to the pensions dashboards ecosystem, an important milestone in allowing individuals to view all their pensions in a clear and consistent format.
Capita Pension Solutions has been an active supporter of the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) and was one of the original volunteer ‘Alpha Participant Testing’ partners in the initial phase of the programme. They will be using their own integrated service provider solution to connect members to the ecosystem.

Research conducted by Capita in 2023, before there was much public awareness of the solution, found that 65% of respondents would be willing to use a pensions dashboard, demonstrating clear evidence of user demand and a genuine endorsement of its value.
