Diversity correlates with both a company’s profitability and creates value. However, at the current rate of progress, gender parity will not be attained for 99.5 years.
We want to create a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, and a working environment in which no one feels excluded.
Our approach to inclusion and wellbeing
We listened to the experiences of our colleagues in relation to inclusion and wellbeing at Capita through a companywide survey and a series of focus groups.
Using these insights, we developed our strategy to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
