Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”.
The role plays a vital role in the Royal Navy’s Learning and Development Organisation (LDO), supporting service personnel with career transition, lifelong learning, and promotion-related education. Additionally you will support neurodivergent learners and those with Specific Learning Differences (SpLDs), promoting inclusive practices across the LDO and collaborating nationally to help all learners thrive.
This is a part time role working 26 hours a week – days/hours flexible
