Assistive Technology Trainer / Assessor Location: Home Based- Remote and Hybrid An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistive Technology Trainer to join our new team of in-house DSA Needs Assessors and AT Trainers. Capita has been appointed by Student Loans Company (SLC) to supply Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) services in East England, the Midlands, London, Wales and Northern Ireland.  We are seeking experienced AT Trainers within the disability assistive technology space (software and hardware) to address challenges across a broad range of disabilities, matching the features and benefits of the AT hardware and software packages recommended, to the needs of the individual.  We are keen for all our AT Trainers to enhance skillsets and support the Assessor Team during peak periods by carrying out DSA assessments for our customers. We are committed to delivering comprehensive, bespoke internal training to build this into our delivery. This will enable you to carry out a dual role of AT Training and Needs Assessing.
