Become part of a team that makes a valuable difference
All of our medical roles are pivotal to one of the UK’s largest and most diverse recruiting operations, where civilian and military teams partner to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. As part of a close-knit team that supports and brings out the best in each other, you’ll make sure every candidate has a warm and positive experience – every time. Even better, you’ll enjoy a great work-life balance whilst helping to make our country safer.
You'll need to meet the following registration requirements to apply to one of the roles in our medical team:
- Medical officers – require full registration with UK General Medical Council and unrestricted licence to practice in the UK.
- All other medical roles (except clinical technician roles) – require unrestricted registration with the UK Nursing & Midwifery Council or the UK Health and Care Professions Council.
Once successful, training time is given to all employees in medical roles to work towards their CPD – Continuous Personal Development – to keep their relevant medical registrations in place.
Join us and you’ll be part of a team making important, life-changing medical decisions for Army candidates. The sharing of skills and sense of camaraderie you’ll experience is like no other.

Safeguard the health of the Army
We’re looking for skilled healthcare professionals to join us in our medical records assessor role. What matters is that you’re looking for a new way to use your skills and a better work/life balance. It’s a home-based role, where you’ll work 9-5 Mon-Fri, with the flexibility of doing hours between 6-6. While you’re home-based, you’ll be supported by a large team and may occasionally need to visit our offices in either Coventry, Wiltshire, Cardiff or Brighton.
As a medical records assessor, you’ll be screening the medical records of candidates applying to join the military. That means your work can help to ensure that new recruits are healthy and medically fit enough to take on a role in the Army. As you’ll be working on a computer, you’ll need to be relatively tech savvy and know how to use IT. We’ll also pay for you to stay registered with either HCPC or NMC depending on your current role.
