2 minutes with our Chief Marketing Officer - Antonia Wade
We are one year into a major marketing transformation – in the last year we have refreshed our brand, started to bring all our websites onto capita.com, rolled out a new organisational structure and put in marketing automation. This year we build on that and you will play a critical role in helping us develop our team. This means you will have the chance to:
Help develop and be part of a high-performing culture where people are nurtured and developed and where performance is managed consistently and fairly. We are at very early stages and are ambitious about doing things differently – including how we incentivize performance, how we team in an agile way to solve problems together and how we make meaningful training/development interventions
Act as an ambassador for marketing and Capita – we love it when our leaders get published and have the opportunity to share their knowledge internally and with wider b2b marketing community

The Capita brand
The launch of a new visual identity is the first step of a major refresh of the professional services company’s brand. Paul Snell spoke to CMO Antonia Wade and group head of brand and content Sarah Ford about the challenges it presented, and they provide seven top tips to make your own rebrand a success
Working at Capita
It is a really unique working environment. Given the change we are going through, we are adopting a growth mindset. We prioritise getting things done – acting fast then course correcting. There is much less structure and set process than traditional professional services firms – and less hierarchy – so it is somewhere where you can come up with ideas and see them happen.
The most common feedback we get from those who have joined recently is that people here are open to new ideas and are genuinely nice! And whatever their tenure, our colleagues love the fact that we have a strong sense of purpose and meaningfully touch the lives of everyone in the UK.
Ideally, you will be based near London or Manchester, but we welcome flexible working. Many of the marketing LT are working parents so we know it is important that we can support the whole of you, not just the part that comes to work.
