Built from approved government standards, our apprenticeships are tailored to you and Capita's specific skills requirements. You’ll spend most of your time working (80% in fact), doing all the things you’re learning, right away on the job.
When you start, you’ll be introduced to your talent coach. They’ll support you throughout your apprenticeship and will work with you and your line manager to keep you on track for success. At the end, they’ll help you to prepare for your final assessment (called an end-point assessment or EPA). We work together to bring your skills together.
Our flexible delivery combines digital learning with a face-to-face approach, and in some cases peer-to-peer learning.
