Capita plc announced on 12 July 2018 the sale of its parking management business, ParkingEye, to Macquarie Principal Finance and funds advised by MML Capital Partners.

Capita confirms today that it completed the sale of ParkingEye on 2nd November for a cash consideration of £235 million, concluding the planned disposals announced earlier this year.
