The extension, which will commence in July 2027, builds on Capita’s longstanding partnership with the BBC and reflects both parties’ commitment to service continuity and operational excellence.
Under the terms of the extension, Capita will continue to deliver TV Licensing services, focusing on driving operational efficiencies.

The Group remains committed to supporting the BBC’s objectives and delivering further enhancements to customer experience and cost efficiency throughout the contract term.
