Capita today announces that it has secured a three-year extension to its contract with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) for the administration of TV Licensing in the UK.

The extension, which will commence in July 2027, builds on Capita’s longstanding partnership with the BBC and reflects both parties’ commitment to service continuity and operational excellence. 

Under the terms of the extension, Capita will continue to deliver TV Licensing services, focusing on driving operational efficiencies.  

Capita’s operational delivery continues to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and consistently meets all key service metrics. The Group remains committed to supporting the BBC’s objectives and delivering further enhancements to customer experience and cost efficiency throughout the contract term.
