Capita Customer Services (Germany) GmbH, one of Europe's leading outsourcing service providers for customer management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Axel Wehrle as the new Managing Director for Germany. With immediate effect, Axel Wehrle will take over the strategic and operational management of the company in Germany.
Axel Wehrle joins Capita from media and telecommunications company Virgin Media O2, where he held the position of Director Customer Services, launching the implementation of the Amazon Connect platform. Prior to this he held senior leadership roles at Amazon, O2, General Motors and 1&1 Versatel. His extensive and long-standing experience in the customer care environment as well as his expertise in implementing Gen AI solutions make him the ideal person to realise Capita's ambitious growth targets in Germany.
