Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council has signed a contract with Capita One to improve integration between its computer systems and simplify data sharing across children’s services.

Capita has been re-selected by Westminster City Council to manage the authority’s revenues and benefits services for a further seven years, commencing November 2018, with the option to extend for three years, in a deal worth approximately £65 million over ten years.

Capita has secured a £5.9m four-year contract with Bolton at Home, to deliver IT services to support the Greater Manchester housing association in providing best-in-class service to its customers.

Runnymede Borough Council has selected Capita One’s Digital Enterprise platform following a competitive process. The customer relationship management system and online customer portal will integrate with the Council’s back office systems.

Capita has added an automation function to its benefits software, helping councils reduce claim processing times to less than two minutes - 20 times quicker than processing the same form manually.
