On Saturday 28 October, the Cape BPO Awards took place, hosted in conjunction with the City of Cape Town and Western Cape Government in South Africa, recognising the business process outsourcing industry’s top achievers.
Our Capita South Africa colleagues were well represented at the awards, with five finalists having been selected across multiple categories.
The competition was impressive and 3 out of the 5 Capita colleagues who made it to the finals were recognised as winners in the following three categories:
Congratulations also go to Sibule Rwexena and Derrick Ontong, who were both finalists for the Top BPO Support Award.
“This important recognition for our colleagues is testament to the hard work and commitment that they put in to delight our customers. Our people are the core of our business and the strength of our talent in our South Africa operations is a key differentiator in the market.”
