Our Capita South Africa colleagues were well represented at the awards, with five finalists having been selected across multiple categories.

Congratulations also go to Sibule Rwexena and Derrick Ontong, who were both finalists for the Top BPO Support Award.
“This important recognition for our colleagues is testament to the hard work and commitment that they put in to delight our customers. Our people are the core of our business and the strength of our talent in our South Africa operations is a key differentiator in the market.”
