Capita Experience, part of Capita plc, has appointed four new client partners within its financial services business for motor finance, mortgages, retail banking, and fintech.

Harish Naidu has been appointed to associate client partner for motor finance and leasing, a new position within the business. Harish will manage existing motor finance clients at a time of considerable challenges in the industry. He has over 15 years’ experience delivering technology, consulting and outsourcing services in verticals including asset and motor finance services. In his most recent role at Genpact, Harish was a director of transformation services.

Sarah Green joins the business as client partner for mortgages, a role with responsibility for growing Capita Experience’s mortgages business and managing the relationships with key industry clients. Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage and financial services industry in operations, technology and growth-based roles and previously worked at Homeloan Management (now Computershare) and Sutherland Global.

Anna Koritz has been appointed senior client partner for retail banking where she will lead Capita Experience’s relationship with its tier 1 banking clients. Prior to this appointment, Anna held leadership roles at Capita Pension Solutions and EY, where she specialised in financial services and risk management

Sylvester Eseigbe joins as client partner and market lead for fintech, a key growth area for the business. Having previously worked as a director in Capita’s consultancy business, Sylvester has over 25 years’ experience in management and technology consultancy. His most recent role was senior director at Epam Systems.

The business has more than 6,500 dedicated financial services colleagues, processes £9.6bn card payments each year, and has over £24bn mortgage assets and £100bn in pension funds under management.
