One of the things that caught my eye in the Institute of Customer Services UK’s (UKSCI) most recent report on customer satisfaction was the suggestion that a growing number of customers are prepared to pay more for improved service.

The Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN) has been given a record high satisfaction score for 2021, with 98% of public sector respondents saying they are satisfied with the network compared to 94% in 2020.
