Capita’s software services business has been awarded the “Connected/Mobility Solution of the Year” title at the IT Europa European IT and Software Excellence Awards 2017.

Capita has launched Attendance Collection Tool (ACT), a cloud-based software solution, to help local education authorities (LEA) in the UK monitor school attendance of vulnerable children and provide appropriate support where required.

Capita has secured a five-year contract worth £527,000 to migrate Dumfries and Galloway Council’s financial management system from an on-premise system to a new managed cloud-based solution.
